Critical Mass Media group publishes the Age of Insects, Not Human, a 260 page prestige series in four books.  Book One made its debut at Comic Con in San Diego, 2007 and Comic Con 2008 saw the follow-up with Books Two and Three.   A limited number of advance copies of  the Age of Insects, Not Human Book Four, series conclusion were available at Comic Con 2009 and sold out.  All are available in comic book stores and on Amazon.

Coming soon is Age of Insects, MAN MADE KILLERS.  This next series will trace the origin of the Not Human antagonists and is now in production.

The Age Of Insects is a prestige format series that chronicles the rise of another species of humanoid to challenge Homo sapien sapien. The series was created by Sparky Greene and illustrated by Louis Pieper and the books are graced with cover art by Ben Templesmith.  The books are 50+ pages with no advertising.
